Strictly’s Giovanni gives away his celeb partner in 'messy' social media move
Strictly Come Dancing professional Giovanni Pernice has hinted at who is celebrity partner could potentially be ahead of the upcoming series which is set to kick off next month.
Italian dance professional Giovanni, 32, won the BBC One show in 2021 as he and EastEnders actress Rose-Eilis Ayling took home the coveted Glitter Ball Trophy, and Giovanni is hoping that he can scoop the title of 2023 champion as the full line-up of celebrities have now all been announced.
Eagle-eyed Strictly Come Dancing fans have now spotted a major clue as to who Giovanni may be paired up with for his next season on the BBC One show. After taking a look through his Instagram followers, shrewd fans of the Italian hunk are now certain that is set to dance with former Love Island star Zara McDermott, or Amanda Abbington, given that he only follows them out of the entire Strictly line-up.

However, earlier this week, some fans shared their thoughts that she is due to pair up with Graziano Di Prima - and not Giovanni.
As the news was announced that she'd be taking part, she took to her Instagram where she wrote: "STRICTLY 2023 LETS GO!!! I cannot thank you all enough… and I can’t even contain my excitement!!! I may burst!!!!! p.s. who do you think my dance partner is going to be? And I also wonder which dance I’m going to enjoy most?!"

One fan said: "I think you’re quite tall so maybe Graziano or Johannes (I adore them all!)." As a second agreed: "I think you'll love all the fast dances and be partnered with Graziano." A third added: "Zara & Graziano for me would be great they match height as well." Zara, who is in a relationship with Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson, around 5’7, while Graziano is reported to be around 5’11.

World and Paralympic Champion Jody Cundy was confirmed as a contestant on Wednesday's BBC Radio 5 Live Breakfast show while Coronation Street star Ellie Leach is swapping the cobbles for the Strictly dance floor after portraying Faye Windass for 12 years on the ITV soap.
BBC Asian Network’s Breakfast show presenter Nikita Kanda announced her addition to the line-up on her radio show, and former Emmerdale star Adam Thomas was the eight celebrity confirmed on The Hits Radio Breakfast Show with Fleur East, James & Matt. Former Coronation Street star Les Dennis will also appear on the show this Autumn.
British-Congolese comedian Eddie Kadi will also be taking to the dance floor alongside Channel 4 News anchor and award-winning journalist Krishnan Guru-Murthy. Layton Williams, best known as a stage and screen actor and has performed in London’s West End, was the third celebrity to be announced for this year's line-up. Angela Rippon, who will be 79 when she takes to the dance floor later this year, was also revealed on The One Show alongside Sherlock star Amanda Abbington.
