Kim Kardashian isn't the only family member suffering from an injury, with her four-year-old son now seen with a "pretty serious" wound.
The mother-of-four, 42, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a snap of her son Psalm as he posed alongside his five-year-old cousin True Thompson. The youngsters were seen standing in a luxury gym inside one of the Kardashians' luxury mansions.
Both True and Psalm were seen wearing a cast on their arm. True, the daughter of Kim's sister Khloe Kardashian, wore a bright pink cast to match her light pink outfit. Psalm wore a black cast and had a sling around his neck.
Captioning the post, Kim wrote: "Cousin cast club." In the comments section, fans shared their concerns and wished the children a quick recovery.

Khloe had also shared the snap on social media as she explained what had happened to Psalm and True. In the caption, she said: "Summer 2023. Cousin cast club. Trampoline and monkey bars. They had a ball this summer."
True and Psalm's injuries come after Kim also revealed she recently suffered a broken bone and tore her tender. The SKIMS founder took to Instagram to share the update with fans as she returned to the gym.

She could also be heard telling her followers: "Something you don't know about me, I broke my shoulder and tore the tendons."
Her personal trainer then said: "I got you" before Kim revealed that she was starting her "rehabbing" today. She then defiantly declared: "Nothing's gonna keep me down."
Kim later shared a picture of her kids having fun on a lake. Alongside the snap, she wrote: "Wish I could have wake surfed but my shoulder is still out of commission."
