Strictly's Johannes seen at rehearsals after John Whaite's explosive admission
Strictly Come Dancing star Johannes Radebe looked in high spirits as he took time out of rehearsing for the hit BBC show days after former dance partner John Whaite made a very public declaration of love for him.
The 36-year-old dance professional was paired with 34-year-old Great British Bake Off star John during the nineteenth season of Strictly which aired back in 2021. The duo made history as the first male same-sex pairing in the long-running competition - and they managed to waltz, jive and cha cha cha all the way to the final where they landed as runners up being winners Rose Ayling Ellis and Giovanni Pernice.
Preparations for the 2023 competition are currently in full swing meaning the dance pros are busy whipping themselves into their best shape before they get partnered with their season 21 celebrity partners. And Johannes appeared to be having a marvellous time while he took a break from training alongside fellow dancer Karen Hauer.
Johannes dressed all in black for his day at the rehearsal studio - wearing a simple uniform of a fitted t-shirt, shorts, and some matching black socks which he pulled up to his calves. He was spotted chatting with 41-year-old Karen who was sporting a mint green jumper and tight, grey leggings.

His latest spotting comes just days after John declared his love for him to the global press.

John declared this week: "I fell in love with him [Johannes]. I can't speak for him – because I'm not allowed to, legally – but it felt like there was love there. We had such similar stories growing up; the homophobia, the bullying, coming out, coming to terms with our sexuality, as any queer kid would."
He added: "I still love Johannes. Of course I do."

He said at the time: "I have fallen in love with my art form again because of John. The opportunity to be so creative with what we had to come up with every week.
"I was trying to figure things out as I was going along. Not once did he make me feel otherwise. In my moments of doubt, John just stood by me and waited for me to figure it all out. And I can't tell you that patience, I'm in love with the man."
Johannes continued: "I know he's a married man – soon to be – but let me tell you something, people come into your life and you just don't know how you've been doing without them this entire time.
"And that has been John for me, a really, really lovely lad. I can't tell you, he's the nicest person you’re ever gonna meet in your whole entire life."
