Kim Kardashian looks 'fresh and smooth' after trip to plastic surgeon's office

Kim Kardashian was recently seen heading to a plastic surgeon's office, with one expert suggesting she now seems to be sporting a "defined jawline" and "well-balanced" eyebrows.

The 42-year-old reality star has always denied surgery rumours, but has previously admitted to having Botox. As she headed to the office of well-known cosmetic surgeon Dr Jason Diamond earlier this month, Kim was seen keeping her hood up.

Now, plastic surgery expert Dr Riccardo Frati has said she looks "fresh and smooth" since her appointment. Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, he said: "Looking at Kim Kardashian's most recent photos on Instagram and images from when she was in Italy on holiday - her face looks very fresh, smooth and balanced.

"Her jawline appears to be well defined and smooth, as well as her mid cheek that looks as though it is moderately contoured without showing any excess. Her lips are not out of proportion but appear emphasised. Her eyebrows are well balanced with no excessive lifts."

Explaining how these results can be achieved, Dr Frati said non-surgical procedures can be used. "All of the above results can be achieved by the latest technology such as non-surgical devices using radio frequency and Hifu (High-intensity focused ultrasound).

"There are various devices on the market which are used to tighten and rejuvenate the skin. The products are used to create skin that keeps up the current trending aim for a natural and fresh look, without looking 'artificial'," he told us.

As well as denying claims she has had plastic surgery, Kim has also insisted she's never had filler in her face. She has also been it with questions about her nose, with some people convinced she had surgery on it. However, she says it's all down to clever contouring.

In an attempt to silence plastic surgery rumours, Kim once famously had her derriere x-rayed on TV to prove it was real. She also said she is finally "at peace" with how she looks now she's in her forties.
