BBC presenter Naga Munchetty looked worlds away from her usual glamorous TV presence as she sweated it out in the gym on Tuesday. The BBC Breakfast presenter, 48, took to Instagram to share a glimpse into her gruelling exercise regime.
Naga posted a rare snap of herself in the gym, as she told her followers that she had never been more sweaty after a tough workout session. The TV star captured herself in full workout mode ahead of England's match against Australia today.
"Channelling my inner #lioness this morning #comeoneengland," Naga penned before the women's football team beat Australia 3-1 - securing their spot in the World Cup Final where they will go head-to-head against Spain.

Naga's workout session comes just two weeks after she opened up on her experience of a debilitating health condition, with fans praising the BBC Breakfast presenter her for raising awareness. Naga opened up about having adenomyosis, which she has previously described as 'crippling pain' that left her nearly calling an ambulance.
Last month, she revealed she will be helping to raise awareness as she pushed for more information to be made available on the condition, especially via the NHS England website. Sharing the update on Twitter, Naga shared a link to the government's Women's Health Strategy website as she wrote: "At last! Adenomyosis is given attention on the NHS England website".
Adenomyosis is a condition that causes the lining of the womb (the endometrium) to bury into the muscular wall of the womb. It can affect the whole womb or just one part of the womb. Adenomyosis is not a life-threatening condition, but the symptoms can have a big impact on your day-to-day life so it's important to get the support you need.

She recently revealed the extent of her health condition as she told her Radio 5 Live listeners: "Right now as I sit here talking to you: I am in pain. Constant, nagging pain. In my uterus. Around my pelvis. Sometimes it runs down my thighs. And I’ll have some level of pain for the entire show and for the rest of the day until I go to sleep."
She also recalled a time she had to leave BBC Breakfast as the pain became too overwhelming as she explained: "Right now as I sit here talking to you: I am in pain. Constant, nagging pain. In my uterus. Around my pelvis. Sometimes it runs down my thighs. And I’ll have some level of pain for the entire show and for the rest of the day until I go to sleep."
