This Morning viewers 'freaked out' by Rochelle Humes' unusual trick

This Morning host Rochelle Humes showcased her unusual skill on Monday morning's instalment of the ITV programme.

The former Saturday's singer, 34, who was presenting the show alongside co-host Josie Gibson, unveiled her double-jointed arm trick as she opened up about how it sometimes hinders her nights out.

Showcasing her unusual arm trick, Rochelle told Josie: "I've got weird elbows. This is probably a story for another day, but I'm double-jointed. Sometimes in pictures you can see when I lift my arms, and everyone is like 'whoa, what happened to your arm'."

Rochelle went on to show viewers at home how her arms bend in different ways before This Morning viewers took to Twitter to share their reactions as one wrote: "Rochelle arms! what the eff."

"Just turned on This Morning to see Rochelle bending her arm into her rib. What have I woken up to," another quipped, while someone else added: "You would see all sorts on This Morning. Freaky."

Rochelle was on the show this morning, stepping in for Alison Hammond who was forced to change her holiday plans last minute last week as she stepped in to host Friday's This Morning with Josie Gibson.

The new Great British Bake Off presenter opened the show by revealing she had originally planned to jet off on holiday on Friday, but changed her plans due to This Morning presenting commitments.

On the show on Friday, Josie remarked: "Can I say thank you to you Alison because you are not supposed to be here today," and Alison clarified: "I am supposed to be on holidays, I cancelled it for you and for the viewers, but for you really."

"You cancelled just for me?" Josie asked and Alison replied: "I'm going tomorrow I changed my flights just for you."

Alison and Josie have been presenting the ITV programme over the summer with different members of the This Morning family. While Holly Willoughby enjoys her two-month break, Craig Doyle and Dermot O'Leary have been helping Alison and Josie hold down the fort.

When she returns in September, This Morning will centre the show around Holly following the departure of Phillip Schofield. ITV have decided against replacing the disgraced further ITV stalwart and instead rotate a series of presenters alongside Holly. Alison and Dermot will remain Friday hosts while Josie and Craig will continue to step in alongside Holly throughout the week.
