Top Gear star Paddy McGuinness has celebrated his upcoming milestone birthday, as the Question of Sport broadcaster prepares to turn 50.
The TV personality celebrated the upcoming birthday alongside pals with a lowkey celebration that still included champagne, a delicious-looking cake and balloons. The celebrations come as ex-wife Christine enjoys a girly holiday away in Ibiza with pals including singer Chelcee Grimes.
Paddy shared some glimpses of his 50th celebrations as he was surrounded by a group of friends before he later headed to the wedding of Line of Duty actress Vicky McClure and her film director beau Jonathan Owen.

The group took in the stunning scenery on the White Island and also headed to its famous nightclubs.
Christine and Paddy split last year after 11 years of marriage in September 2022 but revealed they had actually called time on their marriage before announcing it publicly. In an interview with OK! Magazine, Christine spoke out about the split: "We're amicable. I'm quite happy for him to be there with the children and it's nice for them to see Mummy and Daddy just being alright. We can sit and have a cup of tea together and that's fine."

The statement read: "We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship." Continuing the announcement, which was shared on Instagram, the pair said they will continue to "live happily in our family home together".
Due to their children's autism diagnoses, the parents feel it's best to provide them with a stable routine and continue to live in the same house. The former couple, who are parents to nine-year-old Penelope and seven-year-old twins Felicity and Leo., continue to co-parent together and put on a united front for their family. Last month they were pictured together for the first time since their split as they both attended their children's sports day.
