Love Island star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu made a dig at her ex Davide Sanclimenti as she offered relationship advice to this year's winners Sammy and Jess.

The 2022 winner of the summer series has shared what she would have done differently upon exiting the villa. It comes after Ekin-Su and Davide shocked fans last month when the Italian hunk announced the pair had split, with Ekin-Su remaining tight-lipped on the break-up ever since. While Davide chose to publicly share that he had parted ways with the Turkish bombshell, Ekin-Su decided not to comment on the split, but she did however throw out a number of subtle digs on social media.

She has since admitted she "gets sad and cries" and confessed she "would not rush to move in" with a partner again. Ekin-Su has given a warning to the latest Love Island champions Jess Harding and Sammy Root, by reflecting on her own experiences. She shared: "You need to realise there is a lot of eyes on you and live it privately, have your own space and trust your partner, communicate with your partner, don’t rush to live with them straight away.

"You need to get to know each other like in the villa you know each other but you don’t know each other really," she told the Daily Mail. "Really get to know each other and then when the time is right move in together and enjoy every moment because it is a great experience and sometimes relationships last forever and you get married and have kids and Love Island is a great platform." She also urged former Islanders to "stay true" to themselves and "don’t let game change you".

Ekin-Su and Davide were the first couple to take their relationship to the next level by moving in together in August 2022. They lived in a swanky four-bedroom city apartment which boasts a private terrace and stunning riverside views of London. It is currently being marketed for £5,500 per calendar month as the pair moved out following their split after 11 months together.

However, it seems that the former Love Island winners could be set to reunite again after they were spotted together in the back of a taxi after leaving ITV's summer party together last month. Afterawkwardly bumping into Davide at the Barbie premiereearlier this month, the pair met once again atITV's annual Summer Party took place in Londonat The Mandrake Hotel. Ekin-Su and Davide were pictured arriving separately at the start of the night with a host of other big stars including Lorraine Kelly,Olivia Attwoodand Georgia Harrison - however, they left together.

As rumours of a reunion spread, former Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson chimed in on the speculation, admitting that he saw Davide and Ekin-Su looking 'intense'. "They left together," Pete Wicks shared on the pair's Staying Relevant podcast. "Did they," Sam said. "Well, he was touching her back and stuff – not like in a creepy way I don't think – but he was talking to her and that kind of stuff. And I was like, 'Oo that's intense' so I was watching it all unfold really."

It comes after Davide shared the news that he and Ekin-Su had decided to part ways on his Instagram Story. At the time, he wrote: "Ekin-Su and I are no longer together. I am grateful for the memories and opportunities we shared together and I wish her nothing but the best. I would like for everybody to respect this decision during this difficult time. I will continue to support Ekin in any way possible."
