Manchester United fans will stage fresh protests against the Glazers at their first two home games of the season.
Erik ten Hag's men kick off their campaign on August 14 against Wolves at Old Trafford with the takeover saga still rumbling on, nine months after the Glazers announced they would be willing to sell.
Sheikh Jassim and Sir Jim Ratcliffe have been the two frontrunners for some time, but negotiations remain ongoing ahead of the new season. There is now a fear among United fans that the Glazers will not sell up and instead bring in investment for a minority stake.
There have been a number of protests against the United owners in recent years and supporter group The 1958 have announced their plans for matches against Wolves and Nottingham Forest.
The first protest ahead of the Monday night clash with Wolves will take place at the statue of the Holy Trinity, of Sir Bobby Chartlon, George Best and Denis Law. But that will be followed by a much larger scale demonstration after the visit of Forest.

There had been a hope that a takeover would give Erik ten Hag a hefty transfer budget to spend this summer. He has made three signings so far, with Rasmus Hojlund arriving from Atalanta over the weekend to follow Mason Mount and Andre Onana.
The remainder of United's business is now set to be focused on outgoings with axed skipper Harry Maguire among those tipped to be moved on. Midfielders Fred and Scott McTominay may also be sold for the right offer.
United endured a nightmare start last season and will be hoping for an improvement this time around, although they do face trips to Tottenham and Arsenal in the first weeks of the campaign.
