Jake Paul was distraught in his locker room after losing to Tommy Fury and issued his family members an immediate apology.
YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul, who fights UFC legend Nate Diaz on Saturday, suffered his first professional boxing defeat in February when he was beaten by Fury. Paul did become the first man to knockdown Fury as he dropped him with a jab in the final round, but it wasn't enough as 'The Problem Child' lost a split decision on the night.
Footage from Paul's new 'Untold' Netflix documentary has revealed the moments that took place in his locker room after being beaten by Fury. "I just didn't fight good, I didn't capitalise on my moments but it's all good. Sorry about that, Paul said whilst holding ice on his eye. "Don't be sorry, don't you apologise to us," Paul's mum said back before his dad added: "Yeah dude, Jake don't f****ng apologise for getting in that ring."

Paul's mum and dad consoled him after the lossThe clip then cuts to Paul's brother Logan, who also looks devastated after the defeat. Paul then requests for the private conversation to not be included in a video for his YouTube channel, saying: "Can we cut that? I don't want that footage on YouTube, this is just for doc s*** with Netflix."
Paul has expressed interest in trying to avenge his loss to Fury but he will first have to get past Diaz, who makes his professional boxing debut on the night. Fury has a fight of his own to focus as the Love Island star fights Paul's bitter rival KSI on October 14 in Manchester. Paul feels he is a new fighter after being beaten by Fury and even thanked his rival for handing him his first loss.

"I think it's actually made my brand bigger and my vulnerability post-fight that I was sharing on my show and podcast, people saw a human side of me that maybe they hadn't seen before. This relatable thing connected me more with my audience, now I'm fighting to show these kids who are maybe taking losses in their lives on a daily basis how to come back and recover," Paul said.
"How to not let the world beat you up and defeat you and to actually come back stronger, to use it all as fuel. I think people are seeing that and have maybe gained a new respect for me. It's interesting that a loss can reset you and put you on a proper path, I couldn't be happier so that's why I thank Tommy for winning."
