Corrie Stephen's downfall 'sealed' after Sarah's gender reveal party twist
Coronation Street fans think they have rumbled Stephen Reid's downfall as Adam Barlow exposed lying pregnant wife Sarah Barlow at a surprise gender reveal party on Monday night.
ITV soap fans will recall that Sarah (Tina O'Brien) has been in a dilemma over who is the father of her unborn child thanks to her steamy affair with Damon Hay (Ciaran Griffiths) earlier this year. Only recently, Sarah lied to solicitor husband Adam (Sam Robertson) about him being the dad after he suffered a panic attack in court.
On Friday, Adam asked the clinic to send written confirmation of who the father is, which Stephen meddled with so the results showed Adam instead of Damon, which left an oblivious Adam delighted to be the father as he planned a surprise gender reveal party for Monday.

Adam then pulled out the letter from the clinic, announcing to the room that it is fake, just like his wife, as he stormed out of the party with Sarah left distraught to realise she had been rumbled. Sarah was quick to chase after her husband as she tried to explain while Stephen followed, confessing he was the one who forged the letter.

However, Adam refused to accept anyone's excuses as Sarah was left with no choice but to finally admit that the baby is Damon's. Later, Sarah returned home to find Adam packing as she begged for another chance but Adam insisted he would never trust her again and declared that they were "done".

Taking to Twitter, one person said: "I wonder if Adam can now get Stephen arrested for opening his post, which is illegal, and tampering with the results? #Corrie."
