Arnold was spotted working out with his son Joseph from an extramarital affair

Arnold Schwarzenegger is passing on some of his workout knowledge to his son Joseph Baena as the two were seen working out together at Gold's Gym in Venice Beach, California on Monday.

Arnie was pictured sitting down at a workout machine with his son standing next to him. The Terminator star was wearing grey athletic shorts, a navy t-shirt, dark aviator sunglasses, black sneakers, calf-high black socks, and a full white beard despite the hair on the top of his head being brown. Joseph was in a grey t-shirt and black shorts with navy spandex underneath.

The day before, Arnold had celebrated his 76th birthday. The bodybuilder isn't letting age stop him from working out. Arnold was spotted biking to the gym as well, similar to when the actor headed to the same gym a few weeks ago.

Joseph is Arnold's son from a relationship with his housekeeper, Mildred Patricia Baena. He was born in 1997, just five days after Arnold's then-wife, Maria Shriver, gave birth to their son Christopher. The actor claims it took "seven or eight years" before he found out Joseph was his child, but the news broke in 2011 after Arnold and Maria announced they were divorcing.

Arnold took financial responsibility for Joseph, even buying a house with a pool for Joseph and Mildred in 2010. Arnold also has four children with Maria, including Katherine and Patrick Schwarzenegger.

Joseph is following in his father's Mr. Universe footsteps, posting a lot of snaps on his Instagram of him working out. Most recently he posted photos of him copying his father's famous bodybuilding poses. He wrote in the caption: "Gym Bro Translator: That’s too easy = That’s really hard. Light weight! = That’s really heavy. All you! = It’s all me."

Fans in the comments went crazy, comparing the father and son's physiques and love of working out. "Arnold 2.0," one commented. Arnold seems to also influence his son in terms of acting. Joseph is set to star in an upcoming movie, Called to Duty. Joseph's Instagram bio lists him as being into "acting, DJing, Fitness, etc," and shares his real estate Instagram account.
