Online marketplace Amazon has announced a sale on selected pieces of luggage that starts today, Wednesday, July 26 and runs until Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
Just in time for the school summer holidays, now is the perfect time to replace old worn-out suitcases or to upgrade your cabin bag to ensure that it meets the requirement of your airline before you head off on your holidays.
With prices starting from just £14.87 for an all-rounder duffel bag and big discounts to be had across the range, budget-conscious holidaymakers could find just what they are looking for in the Amazon luggage sale.
From carry-on luggage to super-size suitcases and smaller bags in between, Amazon has a huge range of luggage for passengers to choose from.
Buying cabin luggage can be a challenge with different airlines having conflicting rules on maximum sizes, so be sure to check the requirements of your operator before you buy.

- One small bag measuring max 45x36x20cm including handles and wheels. The bag MUST fit under the seat in front of you.
Jet2
- One small personal item - such as a laptop-size bag or handbag - that can be placed underneath the seat in front of you
- A larger bag weighing no more than 10kg and measuring no more than 56x45x25cm including the wheels and handles.
Ryanair
- One small personal bag such as a handbag, backpack or laptop bag, measuring no more than 40x20x25cm.
- Customers who add "Proirty with two bags" to their booking can add one 10kg chack-in bag measuring no more than 55x40x20cm.
Cabin luggage allowances can differ from airline to airline (PA)Whizz Air
- One bag measuring no more than 40x30x20cm that must fit under the seat in front of you, weighing no more than 10kg.
- Upgrade to Whizz Priority booking includes an additional bag measuring no more than 55x40x23cm.
TUI
- One piece of hand luggage weighing up to 10kg and measuring no more than 55x40x20cm. Handbags or laptop bags will need to fit into this one bag.
Virgin Atlantic
- One piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 10kg. (Economy or Premium cabins only). Babies and toddlers aged 0-23 months are entitled to one bag each weighing up to 6kg.

British Airways
- One personal bag such as a laptop bag or handbag measuring max 40x30x15cm including handles, pockets and wheels.
