Love Island will air tense scenes in the next episode, in the fallout to some dramatic rows that rocked the villa on Tuesday night.

From secret conversations being aired to true feelings being exposed, it was clear not everyone was being honest about each other. Lochan's secret chat with Whitney left him being called out - but one Islander took it further and began insulting his co-stars.

As Whitney stood up for herself and Tyrique continued to cause drama, the chaos did not stop there as Mitch and Scott once again came to blows over Abi and recent tension.

In the next episode, Islanders attempt to clear things up - with Mitch and Scott once again discussing their apparent feud. Tyrique is doing his best to make amends, while making it clear it's only Whitney he's sorry for having a go at.

As for Mitch and Scott, Mitch admits he was "embarrassed" by what his co-star said to him in front of the whole villa - but will they be able to get past it?

Tyrique says to Lochan: "I shouldn’t have spoken to her like that. I would like to apologise for coming at Whitney in front of you as that was disrespectful. As soon as I spoke to Whitney like that, I felt bad."

Tyrique is keen to make amends with Whitney but she doesn't want to know, adding: "What do you think this is - the Ty show?" - can the pair move forward? Ella B has questions for Mitch too, but he's also got someone else he needs a word or two with.

Mitch and Scott have a conversation about their bitter exchange during Mitch’s acceptance speech at The Grafties. Mitch says: "Firstly, I was sat up there taking the p**s a bit but don’t call me a k***head in front of everyone - that was embarrassing."

Scott says: "But you were taking the p**s a little bit." Viewers will have to tune in to find out what goes down.

It follows the news that a dumping will hit the villa during Wednesday's episode, while two stars have already been axed from the show.

Currently the remaining contestants are Abi Moores and Scott van der Sluis, Ella Barnes and Mitchel Taylor, Ella Thomas and Tyrique Hyde, Jess Harding and Sammy, Molly Marsh and Zach Noble, and Whitney Adebayo and Lochan Nowacki and they are all vying for a place in the final and a chance to win the coveted £50,000 cash prize.

But one of those couples are no longer in the villa after being dumped following a public vote. The scenes will air on Wednesday night, and it's set to be dramatic - with Islanders "angry" and in "tears".

At the end of Tuesday night's episode, the show teased that one couple would be heading home just days before the final airs on Monday July 31, with fans rushing to vote for the couple they wanted to save.

Now, it's known the mystery couple have already been sent home in scenes that were filmed last night, sparking chaos in the villa.

It's claimed by a source that one of the axed stars were "pretty angry" to be sent home, and their female companion was "in tears" as they said goodbye to the shocked Islanders.

An insider apparently told The Sun: "No one was expecting the result of the dumping. There was a lot of very shocked faces.

"It was one of the most dramatic dumpings yet and there were lots of tears. The man in the couple was pretty angry about being sent home, before accepting his fate, while the woman cried her eyes out."

Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
