Woman with 'world's biggest cheeks' concerns fans with more extreme surgery
A woman believed to have the "world's biggest cheeks" has gone back under the knife for more surgery, this time in a bid for larger breasts.
Plastic surgery lover Anastasiia Pokreshchuk has concerned fans over her newest procedure, as she claimed it was difficult to find the "biggest implants" as the large size is "not produced anymore" in Turkey.
The model has so much filler in her cheeks that she's lost count of how many procedures she's had but gets plenty of gushing compliments on her extreme look from fans. She's previously admitted that her cheeks are starting to feel a little small to her, and wants more enhancements done.

The video clocked up nearly 5,000 likes and with hundreds of comments, mostly from worried fans, concerned she may be going to the extreme. But the Ukranian model continues to share her surgery fuelled life, adding that she receives "compliments all day" for her lips too.

The 33-year-old treated herself to the boob job in Istanbul, Turkey, having previously undergone other breast augmentations.
In a video giving her fans an update on her progress, she wrote in the caption: "These are my past implants. Now I have 1050 ml, Motiva, the highest profile. Thank you @plastikaistanbul_ . By the way, they were looking for them all over Turkey for me, since this size is simply not produced anymore only on order and a long wait. And they found me as quickly as possible."

Anastasiia shared that her new implants are a size 1050cc. A common implant size people tend to get is 300cc which equates to roughly a full C cup bra in most cases.
While some applauding her for her newest procedure, others have shared their worries for her health, with one user commenting: "It seems to me that they do not think about their future. I can imagine how she will look in her old age."
"The main thing is for a person to be happy," another wrote.
One fan asked: "Why do you change the size of your breasts every year?"
With another fretting: "It hurts me to see people who want to do surgeries themselves and destroy their bodies."
As well as her many cheek fillers and breast enhancements, Anastasiia has previously undergone various other procedures, including veneers and botox injections.
Unafraid to share herself getting her procedures to her 115K followers, Anastasiia recently posted a photo of herself, post lip filler treatment, and commented: "I am satisfied, And I will be even cooler in old age since it bothers everyone so much."
