Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are facing another blow as their "dreams of conquering America are coming to an end", according to a royal expert.
The couple moved to Montecito, California, shortly after stepping back as senior members of the Royal Family. Since then, they've signed a number of lucrative brand deals.
Harry and Meghan partnered with Netflix with a deal thought to be worth $112million (£88,000). The Duke of Sussex also wrote an explosive debut memoir, Spare, which had record-breaking sales.
However, the pair recently stepped away from their exclusive $25million (£19.6million) Spotify deal and they were snubbed at this year's Emmy Award nominations.
Royal commentator Nile Gardiner now believes the couple are struggling in Hollywood, with their career goals "coming to an end".

He added: "The deal with Spotify has come to an end and in fact they were condemned by a senior executive there, who called them 'grifters'. Their dreams of conquering America are coming to an end."

"The only thing Harry and Meghan currently have going for them is their royal titles, which they cling to like a life raft. I see no way back for Harry in terms of returning to the royal fold," he told The Express.
He added how the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will "fight to keep their royal titles" because of their "prestige".
Meghan and Harry previously spoke out about their time in the Royal Family in their bombshell Netflix series.
In the show, Harry detailed the breakdown of his relationship with his brother Prince William and claimed he left him terrified after he screamed and shouted at him during the Sandringham summit. He also alleged members of Kensington Palace had then "lied to protect my brother".
The Duke of Sussex also took aim at his dad, King Charles and discussed the tense Megxit crisis meeting held with the Queen in January 2020.
Despite mixed reviews, Harry and Meghan's documentary broke streaming records, becoming the biggest Netflix documentary debut, with a total 81.6 million hours watched on its first four days of release.
