Kylie Jenner has candidly spoken about the misconceptions behind her appearance as she dismissed plastic surgery claims.
The 25-year-old reality star and make-up mogul has long been at the centre of speculation that she has gone under the knife but was quick to set the record straight on the rumours during the latest episode of The Kardashians.
Discussing the influence she and her famous family had on beauty standards in today's society, Kylie told her sisters, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, that it was "normal to be insecure sometimes".
"I always remember being the most confident kid in the room," the mother of two added: "I always loved myself — I still love myself — and one of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child and got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false; I've only gotten fillers. I feel like I don't want that to be a part of my story."
During the conversation, Kylie admitted she fell victim to editing her pictures heavily, stating: "I went through that stage too, and I feel like I'm in a better place.

For example, she recalled her family always mocking the appearance of her ears when she was younger, which Kourtney and Khloe admitted they didn't realise had affected her.
Earlier this year, Kylie opened up about her regret of using lip fillers, admitting that she wished she had "never touched anything".

"Yeah, I love full lips and wanted full lips, but growing up, I was always the most confident person in the room. I was the girl performing for everyone."
Kylie added: "I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I've ever done."

In an onscreen confessional, Khloe said: "I've been torn apart the minute that I've gone on TV. I didn't look like my sisters so therefore, it's not good enough.
"When I started changing my look, you get better make-up, you do fillers, you do whatever. I had a nose job. And there's still people constantly bullying you."
