Inside Meghan and Harry's plan to 'sell $14million mansion' to move family again
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are looking to sell their $14.6million (£11.8million) mansion and move to Malibu, according to reports.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex snapped up their nine-bedroom home in Montecito, California, just a few months after stepping down as senior members of the Royal Family.
The couple are currently neighbours to TV stars such as Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres, with the couple attending Ellen's vow renewal at her home earlier this year.
The exclusive neighbourhood features plenty of greenery to hide the sprawling mansions and a "delicious" pizza place, according to talk show host Ellen.
While Meghan and Harry have made some great memories in their home, it seems they've been weighing up the reasons as to why they should move.

Hollywood career

She recently signed with a top talent agent (PA)Meghan Markle is said to be focused on becoming a "Hollywood power player", having signed with renowned Hollywood talent agent Ari Emanuel of William Morris Endeavour (WME) Talent Agency.
The company has previously represented major stars including the likes of Dwayne Johnson, Adele, and tennis player Serena Williams.
The Duchess of Sussex is thought to be looking at expanding her media profile as a producer, philanthropist and content creator with the help of her new agent.
A source has alleged she is currently setting up shop in a hotel suite close to her talent agency in Los Angeles, with this thought to be one of the reasons she and Harry are planning to move home.
"She has her eyes set on bigger opportunities. She wants to be a power player in Hollywood," showbiz expert Kinsey Schofield said on GB News.
Currently trips in rush hour from their Montecito home to the City Of Angels can take more than three hours. If the couple were to move to Malibu, it would take just 40 minutes.
A source told The Express: "It is uncertain if they will sell Montecito or just add a Malibu spot to buy. The move consideration comes as Meghan is shifting gears and focus back to Hollywood with WME.
"Being close to Beverly Hills and LA where the deals are done is smart."

Malibu is already home to some of the most famous celebrities on the planet, including Simon Cowell, Cher, Lady Gaga, Leonardo DiCaprio, Miley Cyrus and Charlize Theron.
The source said: "There is a real Malibu scene where major stars, producers and studio executives all hang out, socialize and get deals done during dinner and beach parties."
Meghan's friends are also thought to live in the area, with hopes she and Harry could then bag themselves invites to major parties.
Childhood memories
Meghan has nice memories of the area (Getty Images)In 2019, Meghan's step-brother Tom spoke about how Meghan had beloved childhood memories in Malibu and the surrounding areas.
She enjoyed plenty of fun beach dates at The Will Rogers Beach near Malibu, near her Woodland Hills family home.
The source said a move to Malibu would make sense for Meghan and Harry as the actress "knows parts of the region".
They said the couple are reviewing their living options and have secretly visited the area several times.
