Arsenal's summer has gone off without a hitch so far in terms of signings, with Mikel Arteta forking out more than £200m before the end of July.
Kai Havertz, Jurrien Timber and club-record transfer Declan Rice have all arrived at the Emirates and have since travelled with the squad to the USA for the main part of Arsenal's pre-season commitments. Arteta has refused to rule out even more incomings before the window's end.
However, it is widely believed that the Gunners will have to shift some of their fringe players before they can prepare for more arrivals. All of Nicolas Pepe, Cedric, Albert Sambi Lokonga and even Kieran Tierney have been linked with the Emirates exit.
Mirror Football has taken a look at the main transfer talking points surrounding the Gunners on Sunday, July 23.

Mikel Arteta's dream Arsenal line up as last-gasp January transfers are secured
Despite an underwhelming last season at Stamford Bridge which was actually plagued by injury, United were not the only club interested in prying Mount away from west London. United's rivals Arsenal were also monitoring Mount's situation.
When asked about how he feels missing out on Mount, Arteta added: "We are so happy with the players that we’ve signed and the players that we’ve got in our squad."
He went on to offer up an insight into the rest of Arsenal's plans this summer, explaining: "I don’t know. Obviously, there will be movements still. There will be ins and outs.
"It’s still very early, the market seems to be a little bit quieter in the last week or so. If we can improve the team we will try to do so, but we don’t get any weaker, so we have to be really cautious of that as well."

Arteta has since confirmed that he is restricted to the sidelines, whilst he also hinted that talks would be held regarding the Ivorian winger’s future. He explained: “At the moment he is recovering from an injury which is why he’s not here.
“He had a spell on loan and obviously we wanted to get much more than we got from that loan spell. We have to see when we come back, understand what the plans are and make the right decision for him.”

Thomas Partey is expected to stay at ArsenalDespite a number of reports linking him with a move away from Arsenal, Thomas Party will remain at the Emirates next season according to Arteta.
The Ghana international had been the subject of speculation linking him with a move to a number of Saudi outfits as well as Italian giants Juventus. However, Arteta is firm in his stance that Partey is going nowhere.
“Thomas Partey is a super important player for us and for me and we want him to be in the team, that’s for sure,” said Arteta.
Pressed for comment on whether Rice had been bought to replace Partey, Arteta responded by claiming the pair can play alongside each other in the middle of the park.
