A beautician whose client died after a bum enlargement surgery went wrong has admitted she had no medical training.

The stunning revelation came as cosmetologist Uma Mirzayeva was questioned by police after her 22-year-old patient died.

It is thought Mika Shabasova died ten minutes after she was administered local anaesthetic for the procedure.

When Mirzayeva, 29, was asked by Russian authorities if she had an medical education, she simply replied: "No."

The beautician explained her version of what happened when Mika died in her treatment room in Makhachkala, Russia.

Mika died before paramedics arrived at the home surgery of the cosmetologist, who is now reported to be under house arrest.

Mirzayeva offered the £154 procedure after she studied on a “two week course”and had asked her client if she had any allergies, she claims.

‌The beautician is a former waitress who had no license for cosmetic surgery yet was carrying out lip, cheek and butt enlargements.

‌A cause of death hasn't been established yet while post mortem tests are undertaken.

‌The Russian Investigative Committee said: “A 22-year-old resident of Makhachkala, while visiting her friend, who performs cosmetic procedures at home, died on the spot after the administration of an anaesthetic.

‌“Currently, all the circumstances of the incident are being established.”
