Ben Affleck looks 'dour' as he steps out with Jennifer Lopez on anniversary
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez marked their one-year wedding anniversary by heading out for a romantic meal, but it wasn't all smiles and kisses.
While the couple were seen holding hands as they made their way to Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, Ben also looked "unhappy" and "dour" according to a body language expert.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, Judi James suggested the actor had a problem "with all the press attention", which is in complete contrast to his wife who happily "smiles and chats to people by the car".
She said Jennifer seemed to show "a state of bliss", despite her husband's apprehensions.
"Jennifer's anniversary body language defines a state of intermittent bliss, which is a signature look from her during this relationship.

"She also smiles and chats to people by the car, although her face then falls again as she walks behind her husband, holding his hand."
As they headed to the restaurant hand-in-hand, Jennifer was seen walking slightly behind Ben. Trailing behind her husband, Judi said the actress gave a "cheek-rounded and gleaming eyed 'look of love'."
Judi said: "Ben, on the other hand, seems to sustain one body language state here, which is to look dour."

Despite this, the body language expert said it seems as though Ben's unhappiness is aimed at the cameras and not at Jennifer.
"The problem with this couple's body language is that Ben seems unhappy with all the press attention, despite the fact that he knew from their first time-round relationship that they are a couple that will always spark massive interest.
"His dour expressions could be prompted by the press rather than Jennifer although an anniversary smile for the cameras might not have taken too much effort," she said.
Judi added: "Their hand clasp might provide some more authentic clues to their relationship and to Ben's problems with the cameras. He is holding Jennifer's hand at an angle that would tell her to walk behind him, which suggests he's being protective and which in turn hints that he feels the cameras are threatening or intrusive in some way.
"Their fingers do appear to be entwined, which is an intimate form of hand clasp, and Jen’s thumb is clamped on top, signalling a silent appreciation of the gesture."
