A darts fanatic has spoken of his joy at winning a lottery prize for the second time - and now plans to buy his first-ever home.
Clive Bray, 58, cashed in his previous £15 win and thought he'd chance his arm on another scratchcard at Tesco.
He played the Sapphire National Lottery's Multiplier Scratchcard while he chatted to the retailer and, to his astonishment, Clive won £300,000 on it.
But the full-time carer wasn't convinced his fortune was true, so took a detour on the way home and popped into a Spar, where the kiosk attendant also confirmed Clive's windfall.

Deep down I knew it was a winning scratchcard but I needed to be doubly sure before going home to share my amazing news," Clive, from St Austell, Cornwall, said today.

"When I called The National Lottery to make the claim I was very calm, and to be honest that’s how I have been throughout, except perhaps for the night I shouted a round of drinks for my mates to celebrate then they all insisted on buying me one back, that wasn’t quite as calm!
"This is my second big win, who knows, maybe I can make a hat trick of big wins and there’s one more to come! But if not, I am more than happy with my lot."
The full-time carer has plans to buy his first-ever home (Janna Dixon Photography)Now Clive, who chose to give up his job in printing to care for his beloved partner of 38 years recently, now intends to buy his first-ever home with her in Cornwall. He's also going to treat himself to a trip to the World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace in north London.
"Knowing that I can finally own a small slice of Cornwall means the world to me, it’s something I could only have dreamt of previously having given up my printing career to care for my beloved partner of 38 years who is sadly unwell. To know my future is financially secure is a huge weight off my mind," Clive continued.
"And, as a keen darts player - I have played at county level and in numerous exhibition matches against some of the world’s best, and coming from a long line of keen darts players - being able to attend the World Championships is another dream come true. I guess you could say I am feeling pretty chuffed!"
