A man has been charged with murdering two women after a woman was found stabbed to death on Valentine's Day and another who still hasn't been seen after leaving an off-licence.

Carl Cooper, 65, is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today accused of murdering 41-year-old Naomi Hunte and 48-year-old Fiona Holm.

Ms Hunte was found dead after police were called to an address in South East London at 8.25pm on February 14, last year.

A post-mortem revealed she died from a stab wound. Cooper was originally arrested on February 18, 2022, on suspicion of her murder, but was subsequently bailed pending further enquiries before being released under investigation
