Kerry Katona has revealed the secrets of her size 10 figure after losing two stone.
The mum-of-five has detailed what diet she has been following in order to achieve her impressive weight loss.
She has been keeping her followers updated with what she has been doing and has now said she is "back in a size 10".
Kerry has told fans that she has been following the Francis Diet, which was created by Scott Francis.
She was introduced to the diet by her friend Carla Fishwick, who managed to lose 6st 9lbs following the same regimen. The diet involves personal responsibility and food preparation.

Kerry has praised Scott Francis, calling him "an absolute genius".
Writing in her new! magazine column, Kerry said: "As you all know, I've been doing the Francis Diet for a while now and I'm so happy to say I'm back in a size 10! I can't thank this diet enough, it's really working for me.
"I'm no longer bedridden so have been back on the treadmill doing some light exercise. I can't do anything too strenuous yet, but this diet is amazing.
"I've been having the meal prep by Woo'd By Food. It's really kept me on track."
Kerry recently confirmed that she had a major health diagnosis after being left bedridden by a mystery illness.
The former Atomic Kitten singer said she'd been diagnosed with scoliosis which is curvature of the spine.
Kerry cancelled her No Regrets tour after being left bedbound while suffering from intense pain in her back.
The 43-year-old said she was in severe pain across her hip joints and almost took herself to A&E.
Kerry said: "I was diagnosed with scoliosis last week, after having trouble with my back.

"I went to a chiropractor and had an X-ray, which showed that half of my brain doesn't work like the other half."
She went on to add: "Honestly, I've been in such a bad way, but thankfully, I’m now on a recovery plan which has been much better."
