If you're hoping to pick up a new Xbox, or some games and accessories for your console this Amazon Prime Day, here are our predictions of what to expect.

Amazon Prime Day is almost upon us, landing on Tuesday, 11 July 2023 and Wednesday, 12 July 2023. With less than two weeks to go, we're predicting what Xbox deals we're going to see, as well as rounding up all of the currently existing early deals. Based on sales we have seen over the years, we can take an educated guess in terms of how much discount we could see on Microsoft's consoles.

Over the past year, we have seen price cuts on both the Xbox Series S and the more powerful Xbox Series X. However my Amazon Prime Day Xbox Deal predictions anticipate a pretty hefty discount on the Xbox Series S, particularly after the deal we saw during Black Friday Xbox sales which brought the console down to just £189.99.

Despite the Xbox Series X not seeing the same significant sale, we've seen money off of the console and bundle deals come out around key sales periods, so it's worth keeping an eye out for the more powerful Xbox console if you're hoping to pick one up. With a range of new Xbox titles hitting the scenes early this year, Microsoft is sure to bundle some of these up with the Xbox Series X.

Deals on games and accessories are always available during Xbox deal periods, with the Xbox Wireless Controller, which works with both Xbox and PC, seeing a hefty price cut during both Black Friday and Boxing Day gaming sales. If you're hoping to get your hands on a new title, then you're in luck as Amazon stocks both physical and digital games.

Will Xbox consoles go on sale for Amazon Prime Day?

There were no major discounts on either Xbox console during last Amazon Prime Day, however, we saw some major price cuts during Black Friday Xbox sales and Boxing Day Xbox sales. It's likely that this year's Amazon Prime Day will follow suit and we'll see some pretty hefty discounts or bundle deals on the consoles, especially considering how many new Xbox titles have hit the market and yet to be bundled with the console.

What is Amazon's Prime Day sale?

Prime Day is a 48-hour long sale hosted by Amazon, solely on the Amazon storefront, meaning you cannot access these deals anywhere else.
