Love Island's Sammy Root and Jess Harding found themselves single on Tuesday after being voted the least compatible but, the Kent-based project manager couldn't resist taking a swipe at his former partner following one of the heated arguments.
Sammy and Jess have been on the rocks ever since Sammy flirted with Leah Taylor, the latest addition to the Love Island villa.
After watching his flirty behaviour unfold, Jess shared some private conversations with Mitchel Taylor, leaving Sammy branding his partner "fake".
At one point, Sammy hinted Jess should feel lucky he wants to be in a couple with her.
Speaking alone in the Beach Hut, he said: "Without sounding bad, I was Jess' type, she wasn't mine. I'm the one that sort of worked to try something new and explore Jess and now she's trying to play games."

In a Reddit thread titled: "Sammy needs to be dumped sorry," one fan agreed: "He seems to tear people down when he feels threatened or embarrassed."
Another added: "Got this vibe from him as soon as he asked Jess if she's into the gym," and a third wrote: "Completely agree. his attitude and behaviour is flat out disrespectful. Can’t wait to see the back of him honestly."
"FAM YOU NAILED IT. Atrocious is the adjective I’d use to describe Sammy," a fourth remarked while a final fan said: "Like him basically saying that he’s doing a favour to Jess by at least trying because she’s not his type I found so disgusting because who an earth gave that kind of ego to HIM?
