Boxing fans have laughed at KSI for boldly claiming that he could knockout Floyd Mayweather if they fought.
The YouTube boxer has knocked out every opponent he's faced since making his ring return last August after a three-year layoff. KSI's last fight was against unbeaten professional boxer Joe Fournier in May and despite knocking out 'the boxing billionaire', his win was overturned to a no decision as the fight-ending blow came in the form of an illegal elbow.
KSI recently discussed a potential fight against former five-weight world champion Mayweather with The Sidemen as he said: "I honestly think I have a great chance at beating him. Mayweather, he's a good fighter, I just think I'll have the timing on him. Obviously, in his prime I would have no chance.”

One fan wrote of KSI's prediction: "I don't think he even touches Floyd. If Floyd takes it seriously he could probably finish it in the first couple rounds. These guys don't understand how good he is. Defensively he's probably the best, his head movement is impeccable." Another added: "KSI probably should word himself better because this just sounds like pure delusion."

A third user wrote: "KSI thinks because he has power he will able to KO one of the greatest ever. Mayweather wouldn't even get hit once by KSI and he would expose all the holes in KSI's game easily." A fourth commenter then agreed: "That’s just mental. He knows it too. Just dropping names to get a huge pay day and fair play to that."

'Money' has since travelled around the world by taking exhibition fights against YouTubers, reality TV stars and MMA fighters. Mayweather stopped KSI's brother Deji in their exhibition clash last August but did end up with a black eye after the fight.
KSI's former opponent turned business partner Logan Paul has also served as an opponent for Mayweather's exhibition tour. Paul went eight rounds with Mayweather in their un-scored fight in June 2021. KSI is expected to face Tommy Fury in his next fight after Love Island star handed Jake Paul his first defeat when they fought in February.
