Anybody who has had regular back pain before will know how much of a struggle it can be from day to day. You only need to sit in the wrong position for five minutes sometimes and your back feels in bits, so it's important to keep using different ways to ease it. I had my little boy almost 10 years ago, and since the pregnancy I have struggled with Sciatica.

My back has always felt quite brittle though if I was to be completely honest, with having quite poor posture going into my teens.

We have moved home, had gruelling long hours decorating and countless days/nights of moving boxes and still I've managed an incredible night's sleep in this bed every single night.
