Fans have said that Theresa Caputo looked "different" in a recent photo that she shared on social media, with some saying that they only recognised her because of her hair.
The medium, 56 - best known for having been the subject of the TLC show Long Island Medium, which ran from 2011 until 2019 - has celebrated her birthday in Italy this weekend.
She took to Instagram on Saturday to share a photo from the special occasion, with the reality TV star seen posing alongside some of her relatives whilst in the country.
Theresa modelled a sparkly dress in the photo, whilst beside her daughter Victoria Mastrandrea, son-in-law Michael Mastrandre and granddaughter Michelina Mastrandrea.

The post has amassed more than 50,000 likes and it has prompted compliments about Theresa. Some fans however responded by saying that she looked different in the photo.
One person asked in the comments: "Theresa's face looks different, anyone else agree?" The comment led others to share their opinions and was liked by more than 40 people.
"If it were not for her hair I would not have recognised her," replied one person. Another said: "Totally looks nothing like her. If it wasn't for the hair I would have said it wasn't her."
A fourth person responded to the photo: "It doesn't even look like the same person." Whilst another person replied to the initial question: "I agree. Her face does look different."
Another person wrote in the comments: "Does not look like her at all. Actually looks like a different person". Whilst one person said that Theresa looked "thinner" in the photo.

It was also suggested that she may have had "work" on her face, whilst another person commented: "Perhaps it's the light. [...] Although, the main fact, her soul, is the same".
Not everyone agreed that she looked different though. Sharing their thoughts in the comments, one person wrote amid the speculation: "Doesn't look any different to me".
Elsewhere in the comments section, others wished Theresa a 'happy birthday' and complimented her. One fan wrote: "You look incredible." Another said: "You look amazing".
Whilst one person, who responded to those who felt Theresa looked 'different,' said: "Beautiful as always. This is how everyone should look for a birthday. Beaming beauty".
