West Ham fans are still celebrating their historic Europa Conference League win and few can blame them for continuing the party.

Jarrod Bowen etched his name into Hammers folklore by scoring a last-minute winner, racing onto Lucas Paqueta's through ball to fire home. That goal ensured that it was Declan Rice who lifted the trophy in Prague, sending his side's supporters into ecstasy.

They partied through the night in the Czech Republic's capital, with reports that the music did not stop playing in the team hotel until 9.15am the next day. David Moyes' men became the first West Ham team since 1965 to win a European trophy, ending a long drought for the club.

It was a night that will live long in the memory for Hammers supporters, arguably their biggest day in modern times. Rice was also named the competition's player of the season as became the first man since Bobby Moore to captain West Ham to a European title.

The Premier League side held a trophy parade through the streets of London on Thursday night, with thousands taking to the streets. And boss Moyes was full of praise for his team's supporters.

“I had about three hours’ sleep but that’s only because the bar shut in the hotel very early when we wanted it to be open much longer! It sunk in for me when we got back to the East End of London tonight and saw the supporters on the streets. It was incredible," he said.
