Love Island fans were left scratching their heads after noticing new islander Jess Harding's daring bikini during last night's launch.

The 2023 summer series of the hit dating show kicked off in typically dramatic fashion after the first coupling up, but fans have been left asking questions about one contestant's attire.

Blonde bombshell Jess stood out from the pack after fans were convinced she was wearing her tiny bikini top upside down.

The aesthetics practitioner, 22, from London looked stunning as she entered the villa wearing a bright turquoise two-piece.

However, some viewers thought Jess had a wardrobe malfunction.

One said: "Please can we make the upside down bikini tops stop?? #LoveIsland."

As another wrote: "Jess got her bikini top upsidedown #loveisland," with a third adding: "Does Jess know her bikini top is on upside down #loveisland."

A fourth fan commented: "Is Jess’ bikini top on upside down or am I just old? #LoveIsland."

With one questioning the trend: "I’ve never understood the upside down bikini thing like I think it looks so obvious #loveisland."

"Can’t stop thinking about how that girls bikini top is on upside down #LoveIsland," another said.

Despite some questioning Jess' outfit, tying your bikini upside down is a new trend for summer.

The latest series of Love Island kicked off last night which saw ten singles paired up with each other.

However, in a twist, it was the public that got to choose who was paired up with who rather than the girls stepping forward for the boys.

Jess was matched with business development executive George Fensom.

Despite some islanders being happy with who they were pared up with, some were left disappointed with who the public chose for them.

Host Maya Jama re-entered later on in the show and lined up the cast in their couples before asking the girls to step forward if they weren't happy with their partner.

Jess stepped forward and explained that despite getting on with her partner George, she didn't feel that they had a connection.

George took the rejection in his stride and understood where Jess was coming from.

Maya then introduced a new bombshell, personal trainer and basketball player Zachariah Noble, 25, from London.
