Kim Jong Un 'suffering from insomnia, weighs over 20st and dependant on alcohol'
North Korean despot Kim Jong-un is addicted to alcohol and cigarettes as his weight balloons to more than 20 stone as his people starve, according to reports.
South Korea’s spy agency, the National Intelligence Service (NIS), has laid bare the Supreme Leader’s unhealthy habits.
He is said to drink and smoke heavily, to the point of becoming dependent on the vices.
Reports suggest he also suffers from insomnia as doctors in the north look to find treatments to battle the sleep disorder.
And as his people starve during an ongoing food crisis his weight is now believed to be over 20 stone (300lbs).

“Chairman Kim looked very tired with noticeable dark circles under his eyes during his public appearance on May 16.”
The NIS reported on a recent surge of suicides and people starving as a result of the lack of food.
Earlier this year it was reported the dictator is battling a midlife crisis after turning 39.

“I heard he is crying after drinking a lot. He is very lonely and under pressure,” Dr Jinwook told the Telegraph,
The North Korea' dictator has been told by his doctors and wife to cut back and exercise more frequently, however the leader is apparently ignoring these pleas.
It's reported that Kim is so concerned about his health he travels with his own toilet on rare trips abroad, to prevent spies from scouring his poo for clues.
Kim's dad, Kim Jong Il, died of heart failure at the age of 69 in 2011 and the Supreme Leader's anxieties could be down to his dad's death.
Kim Jong Il reportedly suffered a stroke in 2008 and had a taste for cigars, cognac and gourmet cuisine, and also was believed to have had diabetes and heart disease.
