DaniLeigh has reportedly been charged with a DUI and fleeing the scene of an incident after a car accident in Miami.
The singer-turned-influencer, whose real name is Danielle Leigh Curiel, is said to have been taken into custody around 8:15am on Tuesday at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
DaniLeigh, who is the mum of controversial rapper DaBaby's child, is said to have been arrested after trying to flee the scene of the incident.
Reports says she was booked on three felony charges, including leaving the scene in which someone was injured, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and injuring a person while driving under the influence.

The report said that officers administered a breathalyser test after being suspicious of alcohol during the stop. The publication says it resulted in a BAC of 0.148, which is almost twice the legal limit.
The injured person in the incident is said to have been treated for non-life-threatening injuries, including a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture.

"It was an honor and such a blessing," she wrote on Instagram alongside the image of additional choreographers' names.
"A dream come true," she continued. "Thank you to @beyonce and team. The show looks amazing!!!"
DaniLeigh was first linked to rapper DaBaby - whose real name is Jonathan Lyndale Kirk - three years ago after appearing in his video for Levi High. They broke up a year later.
She is the daughter of International Hub Records in Miami, Florida's CEO, Vicky Curiel.
