Britain's Got Talent fans were convinced they 'worked out' illusionist Enzo Weyne's magic trick as the live semi-finals kicked off this evening.

The 32-year-old wowed the judges during his audition with a 'disturbing' trick that left everyone on the edge of their seats

But upon his return this evening, viewers were quick to point out how he performed the illusion of host Dec's disappearance.

One tweeted: "Trap door and Enzo cleverly takes attention of the auidence. #bgt."

While another grumpy viewer fumed: "Rubbish magician. Very dark under the box - easy for people to move in and out. #bgt."

Joining Enzo on tonight's semi-final included Gamal John, 36, who wowed the judges with his rendition of James Brown classic It's A Man's Man's World.

Judge Bruno Tonioli was so wowed by the audition that he whacked his golden buzzer, prompting gold confetti to rain on the stage.

Meanwhile 27-year-old Musa Motha earned a special golden buzzer from the whole panel after wowing with his incredible dance routine.

The dancer, who in his audition explained that he had his leg amputated after being diagnosed with cancer, performed a stunning contemporary routine to Runnin’ (Lose It All) by Naughty Boy ft. Beyoncé & Arrow Benjamin.

“That was one of the most extraordinary auditions I think I’ve ever seen on this show. I’ve so much admiration for you, what you’ve been through," Alesha gushed.

While Bruno added at the time: "That was exceptional!”

Also competing in tonight's line-up was ukelele musician and school teacher Abi Carter-Simpson, comedian Ichikawa Koikuchi, sunbed receptionist-turned-singer Amy Lou, the Parkour Collective and ballroom and Latin group United 2 Dance (KLA).

All the acts are competing for a chance at winning a life-changing £250,000 and a spot on the Royal Variety Show.
