1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton looks incredible after dropping a whopping 300lb (21.4 stone).
The 36-year-old TLC reality star has taken to Instagram to show off her much slimmer frame and fans have been loving the snaps.
Tammy pouted for the camera as she posed up a storm and showed off her slimmed-down jawline in a close-up selfie. She opted for a natural makeup look and wore a chic blue top with cut-out details.
Her bright red hair was styled in a short curly bob.

She flaunted her much slimmer figure (@queentammy86/Instagram)Fans rushed to compliment the star, with one person writing: "Look at your eyes they are so big and pretty now that you’ve lost all that weight, good job."
Another said: "So proud of you Tammy," while a third fan sent words of encouragement: "Happy for you, don’t stop till you get to your goal."
"What an incredible journey and accomplishment. You must be so proud. Looking gorgeous, keep up the great work," someone else wrote.
A fifth fan commented: "Soooo happy for you Tammy keep up the awesome work girl."
Tammy lost an impressive 21 stone (TLC)Tammy's latest snaps come after she issued a health update to fans and admitted she still needs to be aided by oxygen to breathe.
Taking to TikTok, Tammy said: "I'm still on oxygen because my lungs aren't completely healed from being on life support."
Pointing at her lungs, Tammy explained how they're "still not completely healed", with her adding: "They are really getting so much better."
"I'm not completely dependant on oxygen anymore," she announced.
Tammy then added that she can now go "at least five hours" without needing to use her oxygen.
