Tiny flat costs £1,200 a month with kitchen and bathroom crammed in cupboard
A tiny home has gone on the market for more than a staggering £1,200 - with the kitchen and bathroom inside a cupboard.
The studio apartment, in Pimlico, has a living room which only just fits a sofa bed.
For those who do not like walking far for their meals it is perfect as directly opposite the sofa is the small kitchen area, found behind a sliding, mirrored wardrobe door.
Behind it there is a sink and a small fridge, but no obvious place to cook.
When you slide the door the other way there is a tiny bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.

Despite its size, the cramped property will set tenants back an eye-watering £1,235 a month.

If the inside becomes too cramped it also boasts a decked terrace which, at 12.83 metres squared, is larger than the indoor area.

The images for the flat show the white sheer erected in a tent, squished in between the sofa and the armchair.
Meanwhile, the makeshift bed is built out of wooden pallets that have been given a lick of blue paint and besides them is a traffic bollard.
The flat was being advertised by the current tenant who’s away for a month.
The Pimlico flat is being advertised on Right Move (Jam Press/Jackson-Stops)She did acknowledge that the set-up was “weird” and was surprised her flatmate accepted the tent as a bed - but insisted it was a good money saving method in a city that's increasingly pricing people out.
And on the bright side she said the sleeping arrangements made it like a “slumber party every day”.
The ad on Marketplace boasts a big double room with bills included in a “friendly flat” and instruments to play that would suit an 'artsy' person.
