Tammy Slaton has been warned to "make better decisions" as fans have become concerned she's breaking her strict diet.
The 1000-lb Sisters star, who spent time in a food rehabilitation facility, took to Instagram on Thursday to share snaps of herself holding a bottle of Diet Coke as she joked she's become an "ambassador" for the drink.
In the pictures, Tammy showed off her much slimmer face, having lost more than 300lb (21.4 stone). The 36-year-old wore a pink top and added a filter to the photos.
"Lots of laughs. Diet sodie ambassador," she captioned the post.
However, fans weren't happy with her choice of drink and begged her not to stray from her weight loss journey.

She said she's become an 'ambassador' for Diet Coke (@queentammy86/Instagram)"Not good stop drinking that stuff you did this big sugary to just go back and drink stuff like this not good please make better decisions," one person commented.
"Remember diet sodies do not cancel out the sugar," another said, adding a row of skull emojis.
A third fan warned: "Don’t drink soda after sleeve surgery!!"
However, other fans defended Tammy and insisted it was okay for her to have a treat.

Another fan added: "Everyone can have a cheat day, leave her alone and let her live her life."
"Oh Good Lawd, get off her back! It's none of our business! Shes at least up losing weight, moving around, walking...TAMMY, YOU LOOK MAHVAHLOUS DAHLING," a third fan commented.
The pictures come after Tammy issued a health warning to fans and admitted that she still needs to be aided by oxygen to breathe.
Tammy recently updated fans on her health (TLC)Taking to TikTok last week, Tammy said: "I'm still on oxygen because my lungs aren't completely healed from being on life support."
Pointing at her lungs, Tammy explained how they're "still not completely healed", with her adding: "They are really getting so much better."

"I'm not completely dependant on oxygen anymore," she announced.
Tammy then added that she can now go "at least five hours" without her oxygen.
