We all know that keeping your mind healthy is just as important as keeping your body in tip-top shape, and one of the best ways to give your brain a workout is by challenging yourself to complete tricky optical illusions and brain teasers.
These types of puzzles are a great way of helping to improve the brain's ability to perceive and interpret visual information accurately, and with a little practice, you could train your brain to crack difficult teasers in no time.
So, if you're looking for a way to boost your brain power, why not see if you can solve this tricky teaser that's been leaving many people confused. All you have to do is work out which of the three runners pictured below is cheating.
One of these runners is cheating at the race (Bright Side)As you can see in the picture above, there are three people running in the race - one of them is a woman and the other two are men. But can you tell which one is cheating?
You'll need to be quick, as according to Jagran Josh, you only have 11 seconds to solve the puzzle if you want to really prove that you have a sharp mind.

The man in blue was the cheater (Bright Side)The cheating runner is the man on the right wearing blue clothing - as he hasn't even broken a sweat.
The other two runners are clearly giving it their all and are visibly exhausted, but the man in blue seems to be taking it easy, suggesting he's doing something to cheat and make the race easier for himself.
