A set of twins who appeared on the TLC reality show My 600lb Life together now look completely unrecognisable after losing a combined total of 1200lbs.
On the show, Brandi and Kandi Dreier weighed in at 600lbs each, leaving the 29 year old sisters facing severe and life-threatening health issues.
During her weight loss surgery, Kandi even suffered a pulmonary embolism and a heart attack on the operating table, which left her in a week-long medically induced coma.
However, fast forward six years from their episode, and viewers will be delighted to know that the pair look utterly different after slimming down drastically and are doing well health-wise.
Both are now thriving and regularly share updates with their fans on their social accounts, with Brandi giving frequent updates about life as a mother to two young children with her husband, Femi.

Other pictures she shared on Facebook show her in great spirits and enjoying the kind of lifestyle she was not able to before.
When Brandi revealed she had given birth to her second child, a daughter, in 2020, she wrote in a gushing post on social media: "Words can't even describe how truly lucky and blessed we are. I can't thank you God, enough to have given me the honour of being these little babies' mommy.
"They are my purpose in life, they are my everything. God is so amazing."

Kandi also looks happy and healthyIn another image dedicated to her children, she wrote: "My biggest reason to smile.
Meanwhile, Kandi is also looking fantastic, and in one image, she is seen glowing while sitting on the couch, smiling for the camera.
She also posts regularly on her social media account and is in a relationship with a woman named Ruth.
During the reality show My 600lb Life, it was also made known that the twins wanted surgery to remove their excess skin. However, it is unclear whether those procedures went through, primarily due to Brandi's pregnancy.

They also told the publication that following the show, their journey was on the right path, stating: "There's not been any other setbacks. It's like it didn't even happen."
A few years down the line, they even appeared in My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now? to prove how well they were doing.
