A butcher abducted a primary schoolgirl while dressed as a woman before he sexually assaulted her at his home.
Andrew Miller, also known as Amy George, appeared at the High Court in Edinburgh on Thursday May 18, where he admitted four charges.
The 53-year-old man offered to give the girl a lift home in February of this year, instead drove her to his own house, locked her in a bedroom and refused to let her leave.
He then subjected her to a series of sexual assaults over the course of a day at the address in the Scottish Borders, a court heard.

The court heard Miller was still sleeping when he was arrested.
Miller, who owned a butcher shop, is in the process of transitioning to female, the judge was told.
He will be sentenced at a later date.
The defendant, from the Scottish Borders, pleaded guilty abduction and sexual assault including sexual exposure to a young child.
He also admitted the possession of an indecent photograph of a child, behaving in a threatening and/or abusive manner and forcing a child to look at a sexual image.
