EastEnders viewers think they know who dies at Christmas in a murder twist, after it was confirmed a character would be killed off on Christmas Day.
A recent episode left viewers convinced the victim was now obvious, and that the killer may also have been revealed.
Following the arrival of Linda Carter's mother Elaine Peacock, there have been tense scenes between her and Nish Panesar.
Nish was furious with Linda for rejecting his offer for The Vic as she chose to go into business with her mother instead, despite weeks of making the Panesars believe they had a chance.
In recent episodes, Elaine and Nish have shared awkward glances and comments, after The Vic was broken into with Elaine sure Nish was behind it.

EastEnders viewers think they know who dies at Christmas (BBC/Jack Barnes/Kieron McCarron)Elaine called out Nish in the fallout, telling him: "I know men like you, men who think a nice suit and a wide smile will hide the fact that inside they feel small."
She also made a comment recently to his wife Suki, which may suggest she was aware of the control abusive Nish had over his wife.
Elaine said: "You've been sitting there in silence that long. I was trying to work out whether you were the ventriloquist or the dummy."
Viewers know that a flashforward clip for Christmas Day revealed a male character dies, and that six female characters are the suspect.
Suki and Linda are among these six women, and viewers have been convinced for weeks it's Nish who has been killed - and now there is a new theory.
Some fans think Elaine will clock on to Nish's abusive ways and kill him to protect Suki, or that she herself may be attacked leading to one of the six women saving her.
Taking to Twitter, fans shared their thoughts on Nish being the murder victim and Elaine possibly being the killer with one writing: "Yeah, Elaine is gonna be the first to realise Suki is being abused by Nish I reckon. And she's gonna help her. Maybe Elaine kills Nish at Christmas?"
Another guessed: "So Nish kills Elaine with the flamingo? Then one of the 5 women kill him with a bottle? Then Sharon starts running the Vic with Linda? Doof doof doof...Merry Christmas."
A third fan wrote: "Oooh Elaine is gonna fit right in! That intro to Nish. Def still working on it being Nish that does at Christmas!"
