GMB's Martin Lewis slams 'boastful' TV star as he hints at feud
Martin Lewis slammed a 'boastful' colleague as he hosted Good Morning Britain today.
The MoneySavingExpert fronted the show this morning alongside Susanna Reid, where he was helping to offer money advice to the public as well as encouraging people to improve their maths skills.
As part of that, they asked people to work out which was the best deal - two 10 inch pizzas or one 15 inch pizza for the same price.
However, the segment soon left Martin fuming as he accused one TV star of saying they were bad at maths, and therefore giving children "the attitude that being bad at maths is absolutely fine".
Martin made his feelings clear (Ken McKay/ITV/REX/Shutterstock)Speaking on the show today, he said: "First of all I have no problem with people saying they're bad at maths. But I do have an issue with some presenters in the past who boasted about being bad at maths."

He told Susanna it wasn't her, before adding: "I won't name and shame, but those who say 'oh I'm terrible with maths' - well you'd never hear them say 'I'm terrible with reading'. For some reason we have this different social attitude to maths, than reading."
"There's nothing wrong with being bad at maths or bad at reading," Susanna then chimed in to say, whilst her fellow host Martin furiously added: "There's something wrong with boasting like it's a skill being bad at maths. It's done as a badge of honour."
Martin refused to say who it was, but confirmed it wasn't Susanna (ITV)Susanna suggested that people might laugh it off because they felt "embarrassed" but Martin was not happy.
He said: "Specific occasions when clever people on air who would never admit to a lack of knowledge about anything else, somehow find that it's perfectly fine and socially acceptable to say 'I'm terrible at maths'.
"But children are listening and it gives them an attitude that being bad at maths is absolutely fine and something you don't need to think about, rather than saying 'I really struggle at maths', which is what you'd say if you were reading."
