If you've ever booked a seat on public transport only to find that someone else is sitting in your seat when you board the train or plane, then you'll know exactly how frustrating it can be - especially if they refuse to move.
But one flight attendant has been praised online for putting his foot down after a plane passenger sat in a seat that didn't belong to him, and then kicked up a fuss when asked to relocate to a different one.
The passenger had taken the seat of a woman who had paid to sit in a specific space, and when she asked him to move so she could have the seat she paid good money for, he allegedly called her a "b***h".
A flight attendant then got involved and asked the man to move again, but he still refused and continued to be difficult - so the staff member kicked him off the flight entirely.

The passenger then asked how he was supposed to "get back", to which the attendant said: "I don't know, you should have thought about that before you called someone a b***h because you were sitting in her seat. All I did was ask you to move.
"You called her a b***h. She had nothing to do with you sitting in her seat. Nothing to do with it. So she's supposed to sit here while you verbally assaulted her and be okay with that? No. You're gone, goodbye. Step off the plane."
Baffled, the man asked again what he was supposed to do next, but the attendant refused to budge, insisting he would have no choice but to get off the plane.
He continued: "I don't know, you're going to have to figure that out. And figure out how to handle yourself as an adult while you're at it. Goodbye."
Commenters on the post were quick to heap praise on the flight attendant, with many saying they wished more plane staff would handle rude passengers in a similar way.
One person said: "The flight attendant is so great! 'Here are the facts, we're not going to subject the other people to your attitude, goodbye!' That is how it's done! Love it!"
While another added: "Can he be on every one of my flights? Give this man a raise!"
And a third wrote: "That flight attendant is amazing."
