A corgi called Lilo has gone viral on social media after correctly predicting the winner in the first five games of the Western Conference semifinals series between the Golden State Warriors and the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Playoffs.

The dog hits an inflatable basketball down a staircase towards two baskets in videos on the TikTok account @aircorg. Attached to each bucket is the logo of, in this case, the Lakers and the Warriors.

Lilo put the ball in the Lakers' basket first, predicting they would win Game One, which they did, 117-112. The corgi gave Game Two to the Warriors, which also proved prophetic, winning 127-100 out on the Chase Center court, before predicting Game Three and Four would go to LA.

After correctly guessing Golden State would fall into a 3-1 hole in the series, the corgi also had them staving off elimination in Game Five, as transpired with the Warriors winning 121-106. Game Six tips off tonight (Friday), and the four-legged 'physic' predicts a road win for Stephen Curry and company in Los Angeles.

That would necessitate a Game Seven on Sunday. In that game, Lilo the corgi is tipping the Warriors to make more NBA history by completing just the 14th comeback from a 3-1 deficit by returning home and advancing to the Western Conference finals.

The TikTok has more than seven million views. The clip surfaced on May 2, the day the series started in San Francisco.

In other videos on the account, Lilo, who also goes by the nicknames Steph Furry and Furry Mamba, has predicted the other three conference semifinal series. While not enjoying the same consistent success game-to-game, the results have been similarly prophetic.

The dog has predicted the Miami Heat will win against the New York Knicks in six games, which they could do in Game Six tonight. The Boston Celtics vs Philadelphia 76ers series was also rightly tipped to go seven games, with the Sixers backed by Lilo in Game Seven.

Lakers fans will be pleased to hear that the corgi did incorrectly plump for the Phoenix Suns to advance in six games against the Denver Nuggets. Instead, the one-seed won 4-2.
