A dad has been charged with murdering his three-month-old baby daughter.

Samuel Warnock, formerly of Devizes, Wiltshire is accused of killing little Miyah Warnock in 2021.

Police arrested the 28-year-old yesterday and charged him with murder today.

Officers in Wiltshire were called to the address after medical concerns for Miyah, on September 20, 2021, and she was rushed to Bristol Children’s Hospital but tragically later died on October 19.

A spokeswoman for Wiltshire Police said on Thursday: “Samuel Warnock has been remanded in custody after appearing before Salisbury Magistrates’ Court via video link.
