Khloe Kardashian posted a detailed look into her intense workout regime as she showed off her incredible abs.
On Wednesday, the 38-year-old took to Instagram to post a clip of her day at the gym with her trainer.
In the caption, she wrote detailed instructions for her various exercises, including her warm-up routine.
Of course, Khloe still looked fashionable as she rocked a bright pink sports bra and leggings set for her workout with Don.
The video started with her lying down next to a gorgeous grey cat before it cut to her starting her warm-up.

Khloe, whose sisters recently shared their concern over her weight loss, said: "I am warming up. Bracing myself. Don gets a little crazy so I'm just warming up. I stretch. I'm just doing a little light walking until Don decides to torture me."

By the end, the reality star looked dishevelled as she joked about Don's way of motivating people.
"'Don does a magic potion on people where he abuses you and then you call him back and then you pay him. I don't know what special power he has, but this guy is a lunatic and I keep calling him back," she explained.

She then introduced everyone to her daughter True Thompson before saying bye to everyone.
It comes after Khloe was mocked for choosing an extremely early tim e of the day to complete her workouts.

"I could do 6am, I don't know why but this is so much harder but we'll see how it goes. Happy Friday, God bless, TGIF!"
Fans of the reality star were quick to flock to a Reddit thread, with many slamming the star for saying she gets up early to workout as they noticed the sky outside.
