Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky made a fashionably late entrance to the 2023 Met Gala, as they arrived two hours later than the other celebrity guests.
The iconic power couple had fans worrying they would be a no-show at the event, but they arrived just in time to shut down the star-studded red carpet once again and their outfits were certainly worth the wait.
Rihanna brought some drama as she arrived at the Metropolitan Museum of Arts wearing a floral white dress by Valentino.
Her white gown featured a long, sweeping train and she wore a structured ivory top covered in roses.
The singer's top also featured a matching hood which completely engulfed her head.

Rihanna then removed her stunning headdress and allowed her gown to unravel into an even longer train as she smiled for the cameras on the famous steps.
Her figure-hugging dress featured spaghetti straps and showed off her blossoming baby bump.
The Umbrella hitmaker wore a diamond necklace and matching earrings and opted for a dramatic makeup look, complete with a deep red lipstick.

The musician then joined Rihanna and the pair looked smitten as they held hands on the red carpet.
The 34-year-old rapper looked dapper himself as he wore a white shirt, black tie and blazer. He paired his look with a kilt worn over a pair of baggy jeans.

A$AP's outfit referenced a similar look to the one the late Karl Lagerfeld once wore to close out the Chanel runway in 2004.
He also sported a pair of black sunglasses and completed his look with a silver brooch and matching stud earrings.

Rihanna is currently pregnant with her and Rocky's second child. The couple welcomed a baby boy back in May 2022, but are yet to reveal his name.
