Two people have been killed after a bus, reported to have been speeding, skidded and overturned on a tight curve.
The vehicle, carrying military personnel, was travelling at speed down the Sirnak-Uludere motorway in Balveren, in the Şırnak Province in Turkey, yesterday.
The vehicle could be seen overtaking other buses before skidding and falling onto its side while taking a tight bend.
It then skidded a few yards down a steep slope before coming to a stop.
Two soldiers lost their lives in the accident, while 43 soldiers, the bus driver - identified only as 29-year-old S.F. - and his assistant were injured.

After receiving medical treatment, S.F. was taken into custody.
Rescuers at the scene of the accident (CEN)Turkey's Ministry of National Defence said in a statement that four of the injured were in serious condition.
The statement added: "Two of our heroic comrades in arms have been martyred in the vehicle accident that occurred in Sirnak.
"We offer our condolences to the grieving families of our dear martyrs, the Turkish Armed Forces, and our noble nation, and wish urgent healing to our injured comrades in arms, with deep sorrow and sadness.
Muhammed Kocak was one of the victims of the crash (CEN)"May Allah have mercy on our martyrs."
The deceased were named as Infantry Specialist Sergeant Yunus Ozturk and Infantry Contracted Private Muhammed Kocak, 25.
Yunus's body was sent to Balikesir and Muhammed's to Van.
The case remains under investigation.
