Dad of murdered family 'never thought' gunman would shoot over crying baby
A dad was left devastated when a gunman allegedly massacred his family when he was told to keep quiet.
Wilson Garcia lost his wife and son when he asked Francisco Oropesa, 38, to keep the noise down he was making by firing off his guns so his one-month-old baby could sleep in their home in Cleveland, Texas.
Wilson threatened to call the police on Oropesa, a Mexican national who was in the country illegally.
“I told my wife, ‘Get inside. This man has loaded his weapon,” Garcia said. “My wife told me to go inside because ‘he won’t fire at me, I’m a woman.’”
A manhunt is underway after the gunman allegedly massacred the family when he was asked him to stop shooting his guns in his backyard.

Investigators have "zero leads", in the hunt for Oropesa.

They also had to correct the spelling of the Mexican's name.
In his anger, Oropesa is alleged to have shot dead Wilson's wife Sonia Argentina Guzman, 25, and her son Daniel Enrique Laso, nine along with three of their friends who were visiting at the time.
Oropesa allegedly killed five (San Jacinto County Sheriff's Office)Diana Velazquez Alvarado, 21; Julisa Molina Rivera, 31; and Jose Jonathan Casarez, 18, were also killed.
Diana and Julisa are said to have died while shielding Garcia’s baby and two-year-old daughter.
Wilson said one of the women had told him to jump out a window “because my children were without a mother and one of their parents had to stay alive to take care of them.”

"We asked him to be quiet, because my baby was scared."
He continued: "I never thought that he would shoot. Then he went room to room, looking for people... He couldn't catch up to me. The bullets were hitting (everywhere)."
Wilson said the pair had previously never had a problem with each other.

San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers and FBI Special Agent James Smith (Getty Images)Texas Governor Greg Abbott, a Republican, is offering a $50,000 reward for information that leads to Oropesa's arrest.
The FBI has added $25,000 to this sum, according to FBI Special Agent James Smith and local law enforcement is offering another $5,000.
Agent Smith said: "I can tell you right now, we have zero leads."
San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers said that Oropesa is likely to have fled on foot and investigators found clothes and a phone, but tracking dogs lost his scent.
