Uncle beat nephew, 5, to death with broken roof tile then dumped burned body
An uncle who beat his five-year-old nephew to death with a broken roof tile and then dumped his burned body on a tip was high on drugs, say police.
The victim, named only as Hossam, had followed his uncle home from a wedding party on March 17 in Dust Mohammad, Iran.
The pair had seemed inseparable earlier with Hossam seen clinging to his uncle - named only as N.B. in local media - at the bash.
But when the boy followed him home, his uncle turned on him viciously after taking drugs, say police.
After slashing the boy's face with a broken tile, he stabbed and battered him with it repeatedly until his nephew was dead.

Then he set fire to Hossam's body, put his charred remains in a sack, and left him in a rubbish tip with the help of two friends.
Sardar Dostali Jalilian, the commander of the police in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, told local media: "One of the villagers had followed the blood trail to the location of the five-year-old boy's body.

He added: "While he was using drugs in his half-built house, he suddenly hit the child's head with a broken tile, which led to the cutting of part of his ear.
"Then, he killed the child with sharp and forceful body blows."
Hossam's uncle and his two accomplices are now in custody awaiting trial.
One shocked neighbour said: "The love and affection of the uncle for his sweet nephew were evident, and everyone knew how much Hossam loved his uncle."
